Most of our customers come to us for a single replacement and ask us back for the whole house. Because we manufacture our own joinery and have in-house tilers, painters and flooring fitters, we can run a complete renovation end-to-end without subcontracting the critical work. You get one quote, one project manager and one accountable team.
What a full renovation typically includes
Replacement of all window frames and doors with HR++ wooden joinery; structural wood repairs; full re-tiling of bathrooms and kitchens; interior painting; new kitchen cabinetry; new staircases or balustrades; new parquet or wooden flooring; final clean.
How long it takes
A 100 m² apartment typically takes 6–10 weeks. A 200 m² townhouse takes 10–16 weeks. We give you a fixed week-by-week schedule and stick to it — the same crew runs the project from start to finish.
How we keep cost predictable
Every fixed-price quote is broken down per room and per trade. There are no surprise change-orders unless you change the scope. We share weekly progress photos and a single WhatsApp group so you always know what is happening.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
For partial renovations (kitchen, bathroom, frames) yes. For full strip-outs we recommend moving out — we work much faster with an empty house and the result is cleaner.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes for Brussels and Belgian projects. For Dutch projects we work with a local permit agent if the work requires one.
